I had such a lovely experience! My skin is very sensitive, and I was a little nervous going in, but she was incredibly gentle, patient, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and adjusted everything with care. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. I recently visited this location for a full Brazilian wax, and the experience was highly unprofessional. First, the hygiene was concerning, as there was leftover wax all over the treatment bed when I stood up. I also had to call the esthetician back into the room because she left sticky residue all over my body.When I got home and looked closely, I realized she had missed a significant amount of hair. I called and emailed to complain, and while they did offer to have me come back in to fix it, that does not solve the issue. It is incredibly difficult for me to find free time, and by the time I could, my period started, so that window closed. I went here to get the job done right the first time. Had the absolute best experience with Cynthia! Would give her a million stars if I could. She’s kind, friendly, professional and a damn good waxer!! Best waxing experience I have had by far. Had my first sugar waxing appointment here and it was a really great experience. The staff were super friendly, and Cynthia was especially wonderful, very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment 🙂
